COMPLIANCE INSPECTIONS

Inspections are conducted bi-weekly by a Goodwin Inspector.  Manager also inspects.  To report a violation email FalconPointeOffice@GoodwinTX.com

1^st Violation:  Courtesy Letter

 2^nd, 3^rd, 4^th Violation:  Courtesy Letter, Certified Fine Letter, Fines & Beyond for same violation.   Fines will automatically be assessed to your HOA account.
