Assessments & Payment Options
HOA assessments are due on the 1st of every month. Payments received after the 10th of the month are late.
It's best practice to set payments up with your specific bank for auto draft to avoid incurring late fees. Late payments cost the HOA effort and money therefore there is costs and charges to the Homeowner when payments are received late.
